Originally from New Jersey, JoAnn had a successful dual career in business and education. She worked in sales for over 20 years, continuously exceeding all goals and expectations and securing more lucrative deals. At the same time, she worked as a business and Microsoft technologist teacher, offering courses in finance, computer science, CAD for landscapers, accounting and much more. After retiring, she got her New Jersey Realtor’s license and quickly grew her business, gaining over 400 clients, becoming one of the top 13 Realtors in her office, and earning accolades such as the Circle of Excellence and an invitation to the coveted Breakfast of Champions.

Now a resident of Boca Raton and a member of the Florida Empire Group at COMPASS, JoAnn pairs her diverse professional background with an expert team of agents and resources throughout South Florida, elevating the real estate experience for her clients and raising the bar on customer service.
